Hainan adds 0 COVID-19 cases, China reports 15 new cases

On March 11, 15 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in the Chinese mainland, with 11 new deaths (10 in Hubei and one in Shaanxi) and 33 new suspected cases. 

Six new confirmed cases (three in Guangdong, two in Gansu, and one in Henan) were reported to be from overseas.

 As of midnight on March 11, a total of 85 cases of infected overseas returnees were reported. On March 11, there were no new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Hainan province, with zero severe cases, zero deaths, and one discharge case reported. The discharge case was in Danzhou. 

As of March 11, Hainan had 168 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with zero severe cases, six deaths, and 160 discharged cases. Among the confirmed cases, 39 were in Haikou, 54 were in Sanya, 15 were in Danzhou, three were in Wenchang, six were in Qionghai, 13 were in Wanning, three were in Dongfang, nine were in Chengmai, six were in Lingao, three were in Ding'an, four were in Lingshui, seven were in Changjiang, one was in Qiongzhong, two were in Ledong, and three were in Baoting. 

By March 11, 6,371 people who have been in close contact with those infected have been traced, of which 6,226 people have been released from medical observation, while 145 people are still under medical observation.
