The Sanya, Hainan section of the FIA Formula E (FE) Championship got "fast and furious" on March 23. It is the world's first pure-electric single-seat formula racing event.
Over 25,000 people cheered for the 22 racers divided into 11 teams from 15 countries. More than 4,000 technicians and volunteers helped ensure the event went smoothly.
The event was broadcasted in 195 countries with a total of more than 300 million people.
