Jointly built by Keyestone Group and Sanrio, Sanya Hello Kitty Resort will make its debut at the 2nd China International Consumer Products Expo, which will be held in Haikou, Hainan province from July 26 to 30.
It will be showcased at a 400-square-meter immersive exhibition area. In addition, a dazzling array of Sanrio products will be available, covering a variety of sectors like home, pet, and boudoir products.
The resort includes immersive five-star IP-themed hotels, themed parks, and themed business areas, delivering a vivid experience for visitors.
Sanya Hello Kitty Theme Park is expected to open by 2025 as part of the resort. It will be the first theme park resort in Hainan built with international intellectual property. From project design and construction to operation, the park will follow and meet international standards.
The rich resources of Sanrio will inject world-leading concepts and local Hainan cultural elements into the park, which will strengthen Sanya's appeal as an international tourist resort destination. Upon its completion, it is expected to be a new landmark of the Hainan international tourism consumption center.
