Hainan adds 4 COVID-19 cases on April 6

Hainan reported four new COVID-19 cases and nine asymptomatic infections on April 6, according to the Hainan Provincial Health Commission. 

The four COVID-19 cases were all reported by Sanya, of which two were transferred to a confirmed case from an asymptomatic infection. Among the nine asymptomatic infections, six were reported by Sanya, two were reported by Lingshui Li autonomous county, and one was reported by Haikou.

From March 29 to April 6, Hainan province has reported 37 local confirmed cases, including 10 in Haikou, 18 in Sanya, two in Danzhou, five in Qionghai, one in Lingshu, and one in Wanning. The province has reported 65 local asymptomatic cases in total, including 57 in Sanya, four in Haikou, one in Qionghai, one in Wanning, and two in Lingshui. In addition, there were one imported asymptomatic case, which was reported by Qionghai.
