The fifth session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress will be held from Jan 21 to 24, while the fifth session of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC will be held from Jan 20 to 23, according to a press conference held by the Hainan Provincial Information Office on Jan 16.
The fifth session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress proposes eight items on the agenda:
The first is to hear and review the work report of the Hainan Provincial People's Government.
The second is to review and approve the report on the implementation of Hainan province's 2021 national economic and social development plan and the draft of Hainan province's 2022 national economic and social development plan, as well as to approve Hainan province's 2022 national economic and social development plan.
The third is to review and approve the report on the implementation of the 2021 budget of Hainan province and the draft of 2022 Hainan's budget, as well as to approve the 2022 provincial budget.
The fourth is to hear and review the work report of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress.
The fifth is to hear and review the work report of the Higher People's Court of Hainan Province.
The sixth is to hear and review the work report of the Hainan Provincial People's Procuratorate.
The seventh is the election and the eighth comprises other agendas.
The main agenda of the fifth session of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC has seven items:
The first is to hear and review the work report of the Standing Committee of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
The second is to hear and review the report of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC on the proposal work since the fourth session of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
The third is to attend the fifth session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress, listen to and discuss the work report of the Hainan Provincial People's Government, as well as discuss other relevant reports.
The fourth is the elections.
The fifth is to consider and approve the political resolution of the fifth session of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
The sixth is to consider and approve the resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the fifth session of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
The seventh is to approve the report on the review of proposals of the fifth session of the 7th Provincial Committee of the CPPCC by the Proposal Committee of the 7th Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
