To optimize the business environment in Hainan province, the Hainan Administration for Market Regulation, the Hainan Provincial Public Security Department, and the Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau jointly issued a notice to improve investor experiences, as well as to shorten business registration time across the province to one working day before the end of 2021.
The processing time for business registration will not exceed half a day, while the time for seal engraving and issuance, as well as the initial application of invoices for newly established enterprises will also be shortened to half a day.
The notice emphasized the importance of continuously optimizing the online business registration process for enterprises, expanding the coverage of "rapid review and approval" items, as well as providing information support for reducing the time for business start-ups. Hainan will also continue to promote the mutual recognition of identity information of applicants in different government departments.
The island province will also continue to improve its services to ensure that government services are offered at one window, with applicants having to show up only once to complete the whole business registration process, as well as to obtain their business licenses, permits, tax invoices, and company seals.
