Yin Li has been appointed as secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Yu Weiguo, according to a decision from the CPC Central Committee published Tuesday.
Shen Xiaoming has replaced Liu Cigui as secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, according to the decision.
