Childcare
Lyu Wei, a deputy to the 13th NPC, has suggested ensuring rural people's access to childcare public health services in central and western China. Relevant departments should boost inclusive family childcare services led by the government, as well as increase the investment and ensure the sustainability of this project.
Methods to get sufficient early childhood education teachers wass also a concern of many Hainan NPC deputies and CPPCC members.
"To solve this problem, standards and regulations about officially budgeted teacher posts should be made," said Shi Yiyun, the vice chairperson of the CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee.
Education
Pan Huili, the vice chairman of the China Association for Promoting Democracy Hainan Provincial Committee, paid more attention on the management of rural boarding schools.
"To formulate the standards of service staff for rural boarding schools, the Ministry of Education should create the regulations, stabilize service staff teams, and boost the improvement of education quality," she said.
