Wardour Studios Academy, which was founded by Haikou University of Economics and Wardour Studios Hollywood in September 2019, is a full-time undergraduate school of the Haikou University of Economics.
The school starts enrolling students this year and offers four undergraduate majors in acting, film direction, photography, and marketing, as well as four junior college majors. A total of 1,100 students will be enrolled as freshmen in 2020.
On April 20, national first-level film director and researcher Zhan Xiaonan was hired as the chief body language director of the academy's acting major, injecting new impetus into the development of education and teaching at the school.
