All those coming to Hainan from overseas (whether their port of entry is Hainan or any other Chinese province) between 00:00 am March 1 to midnight March 14 must report their entry information to their residential committees, communities or their companies before midnight of March 14. Those coming to Hainan from high-risk countries will be centrally isolated for medical observation by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Hainan's counties and cities; those from low risk nations will be asked to self-quarantine at home.

People coming to Hainan from overseas after 0:00 am on March 15 must also report in accordance with the above requirements, and the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Hainan counties and cities will organize centralized or home observation in a strict manner.

Government departments of all levels in Hainan must spread this notice to all people as soon as possible.

Each unit and individual must truthfully report their information while entering Hainan and those who conceal information and cause epidemic consequences will be held accountable in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Everyone has the responsibility to prevent and control the spread of the epidemic, and everyone has the obligation to report the new epidemic situations. Public supervision is welcomed.
