Three patients that have recovered from the novel coronavirus volunteered to donated their blood plasma on Feb 17 at the Hainan Provincial Blood Center in Haikou.
According to the fifth edition of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia issued by the National Health Commission, the blood plasma of patients who have completely recovered can be used in the treatment of severe and critical cases.
