Three new confirmed novel coronavirus-related pneumonia cases were reported on Jan 29 in Hainan province, with one new severe case according to SSTV News today.
Two of the new cases were reported to be in Qionghai, and one in Lingshui.
Among total infections, one has been cured and released from hospital and three severe cases downgraded to mild.
As of Jan 29, 46 novel coronavirus-related pneumonia cases were confirmed in Hainan, with seven severe cases, one death and one discharge case.
Among the confirmed cases, there were nine in Haikou, 14 in Sanya, five in Danzhou, three in Qionghai, eight in Wanning, one in Dongfang, two in Chengmai, one in Lingao, two in Lingshui and one in Qiongzhong.
By Jan 29, 1,119 people who have been in close contact with those infected have been traced and 102 people have been released from medical observation. A total of 1,017 people are still under observation.
