Hainan issues first consular vehicle plate

The China island province of Hainan issued its first license plate for consular vehicles on Nov 20.

The plate was granted by the vehicle administration department of Haikou's traffic police to the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which opened its consulate in Hainan's capital city on Oct 10, marking the first foreign consulate general established in the province since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
