Hainan, a tropical island province in South China, recently launched a promotional event in Guangzhou to attract more investment to its Window to Global Trade (WGT), a complex designed to gather world renowned enterprises and bring in overseas investment.
The promotional event was attended by over 200 business representatives, consular officials, and representatives of business chambers from Russia, France , the US, and Japan.
A total of 48 enterprises inked contracts with Hainan Cultural and Tourism, owner of the WGT, to settle down in Hainan and explore doing business during the construction of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone (Port).
