The Aquaventure Water Park in Atlantis Sanya began to open evening shows and experience projects for tourists from July 20 to Aug 31. The opening hours of the park will be extended to 20:00.
The water park covers an area of 200,000 square meters and is the first of its kind in China to operate all year round.

From 10:00 to 20:00, the park will present a variety of shows, including surfing performances, samba dances, a mermaid show, and disco DJ live performances. When the darkness of night blankets the park, visitors can also enjoy the fast and furious feeling of 34 water slides or take a raft ride on the waterway to drift around and enjoy the evening scenery in the park.
To encourage visitors to experience the special summertime offerings at Aquaventure Water Park, Atlantis Sanya has prepared prizes for over 10,000 guests and those who are brave enough to challenge themselves by riding four water slides at the park will have a chance to win an underwater suite voucher worth 58,888 yuan ($8,554).

At the end of the night, a dazzling fireworks show will take place in the water park, creating a unique summer night memory for visitors.
Alan Mahony, vice president of the water park, said that they have always been committed to creating a rich travel experience for every visitor. He expressed hope that the opening of the water park's nighttime programs will not only enable people to enjoy a more flexible leisure time, obtain unforgettable memories at the park, but also help to enrich the nightlife in Sanya.
From July 21 to Aug 31, the water park's night ticket price is 258 yuan, and visitors can purchase them through the park's official WeChat account, Ctrip, Meituan, and other platforms. In addition, Atlantis Sanya launched a special 169-yuan islander ticket for Hainan residents, which they can purchase with valid documents.
