The 2019 Sanya Science and Technology Expo sponsored by the Sanya municipal people's government will be held at the international convention center of Sanya Bay Mangrove Tree Resort from May 4 to 6.
All kinds of advanced technologies that can greatly widen citizens' horizons will be on display. The expo will pursue high-quality projects to accelerate achievement transformation, set up exchange and cooperation platforms for scientific and technological innovation, and promote deep integrative development between technology and industry.
The expo aims to promote development by science and technology and share the fruits with the world. Models, on-site experience, words, pictures and videos will be used to popularize scientific knowledge covering new energy vehicles, intellectual properties, deep sea resources, Nanfan breeding and seed production, space remote sensing, human health, food safety, earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection, fire safety, and legal construction.
Scientific and technological achievements involving themes such as deep-sea science and technology, aerospace science and technology, smart transportation and logistics and smart education will also be exhibited in the expo's 6,000 square meters of space. The expo will welcome more than 20 departments, organizations and enterprises such as Tencent Group, Huawei, the Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sanya Aviation and Tourism College and Hainan Tropical Ocean University.
