Sanya's tramcar begins trial operation

Sanya's tramcar opened to the public on the first day of 2019 for its trial run.

It is the first form of urban rail transit in Hainan province. Six stations have been completed so far, out of a total of 15.

The new tramcar is energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, comfortable and safe. It is expected to transform Sanya's urban layout and improve its public transit.
