The 3rd Hainan International Tourism Island (Lingshui) Youth Festival was launched at Qingshui Bay in Lingshui Li autonomous county, Hainan, on Nov 25.
It attracted over 1,000 young tourists from 70 countries around the world with a theme of "Go High, Go Young".

As part of the 2018 Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival, the youth festival will provide everything from water and sports fun to electronic music and delicacies. Also on the roster are ocean adventures, a DJ carnival and a beer party, in addition to a thousand-people water festival integrating indigenous Li and Miao ethnic cultures.
The publicity, disseminated through live streaming, newspapers, TV and new media, reached 10 million people, helping enhance the globalization of local tourism and building Lingshui into an international youth base.
The activity was sponsored by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports of Hainan Province, and the Lingshui Li autonomous people's government.
