Boao forum releases trends of tourism communication in 2019

The 2019 China Tourism Communication Top 10 Trends was released at the 3rd Boao International Tourism Communication Forum held in Boao on Nov 25. 

Zhang Tingting, deputy director of the Tourism Communication Research Center of School of Advertising at the Communication University of China, released the document on behalf of sponsors, saying that the integration of culture and tourism will create a new content revolution.

The trends include small screen + mobile context + social intercourse, decentralized content marketing; building a value-added system for cultural IP; premium content remaining the key to communication; increasing humanistic infiltration communication; and cross-border communication endowing tourism with infinite possibilities.

The forum was sponsored by the School of Advertising at the Communication University of China; the Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television, Publication and Sports of Hainan Province, and Qionghai municipal people's government.
