Journalists from Hainan Daily recently used cameras on drones to record some spectacular scenery along the Qiongzhong-Ledong Expressway in Hainan province.
The expressway, linking Qiongzhong Li and Miao autonomous county, Wuzhishan city and Ledong Li autonomous county, is nearly completed and will open to traffic at the end of September. Traffic safety protection engineering is being accelerated.
The expressway is 129 kilometers in length. With a total investment of 11.7 billion yuan ($1.71 billion), the bi-directional four-lane expressway has a design speed of 100 km/h.
