Hainan province released a recruitment action plan on May 13 for inviting a million talented individuals from home and abroad from this year until 2025. The move will accelerate the construction of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and gradually enable the establishment of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics. Hainan therefore is ushering an upsurge of talent gathering all around the province.
