The Health and Family Planning Commission of Hainan Province recently published a trial program aiming to offer green channel services for four types of talents during medical treatment.
The service recipients include master-level talents, elites, leading personnel, spouses and direct relatives of master-level talents and elites, and people assigned by the provincial Party committee and provincial government.
These talents have priorities to receive diagnosis and treatment at secondary and above public hospitals around the province.
VIP consulting rooms will be established with dedicated staff to provide high quality medical services. Talents meeting the standards can enjoy the services after showing their relevant identification.
The move was a response to Hainan's 100-day investor initiative launched on May 20 and a recruitment action plan of inviting a million talented individuals from home and abroad from this year until 2025. It will also aid the construction of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and gradual exploration of the free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
