The "Investment and Talent Attraction Net of China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port with Chinese Characteristic" has started trial operation, according to a press conference held at the Information Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province on June 10.
To aid the construction of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and gradual exploration of the free trade port with Chinese characteristics, the provincial Party committee and the people's government of Hainan launched the 100-day investor initiative on May 20 and a recruitment action plan of inviting a million talented individuals from home and abroad from this year until 2025. The online service platform was thus established by the Department of Commerce of Hainan Province, the provincial talent office, qq.com and hinews.cn.
The bilingual website with both Chinese and English was built depending on international standards and aims to serve both computer users and mobile phone users as an efficient and functional investment and talent attraction platform. It has six columns including Why Hainan, Invest in Hainan, Find Work/Hire, Case Studies, Visa & Passes, and Contact Us.
After the trial operation, it is expected that the functional construction of the website will be finished before July 31 and building targets will be realized before Dec 31.
