Official Recommended Hotels:

An official hotel reservation system has been available since the 15th of January. Please make your booking through the system provided by KEYS. 

All rooms of BFA Hotel and Dongyu Island Hotel are distributed by the Secretariat and only serve the BFA Board, Council, Partners and some BFA members. For partners and members we have already reserved rooms in the BFA Hotel and Dongyu Island Hotel. Please complete all booking procedures before the 15th of March, after which the rooms will no longer be reserved. 

Boao Holliyard Seaview Resort, Boao Comfort Hotel, Boao Asia Bay Resort, Wyndham Boao Byou Bay, Ramada Hotel and Suites BOAO only accept bookings from the Forum participators; each Confirmation Number may be used to book one room ONLY which means that you may not book rooms for your staff, drivers and companions without separate Confirmation Numbers. To ensure your booking, please complete all procedures before March 28; otherwise we may not be able to provide accommodation. 

Reservation Details: 

Forum participators please log-in KEYS through mobile or PC terminals. The confirmation number is needed when reserving these rooms.
