The Hainan delegation to the 13th NPC held a meeting on the afternoon of March 5 to discuss the annual government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing earlier that morning. Liu Cigui, Shen Xiaoming, Luo Baoming and other deputies made speeches at the meeting.
