The latest data published on the official website of the Hainan Provincial Health Commission shows that as of 8:00 on Feb 10, a total of 136 novel coronavirus cases were confirmed in Hainan, with 16 classified as being in a serious condition. Three deaths and 19 discharged cases were reported in the province as of that time.
